Rules of Conduct

1. No jewelry, gum, food or talking allowed in class.
2. Water must be in a sports container and room temperature to avoid condensation.
3. No bare midriffs in class.
4. No loud talking or bad language in the building.
5. No electronic devices, i.e. cell phones, tablets, iPods, etc. are allowed in the classroom. They must be turned off and left in the dressing room or left at home.
6. No smoking on the premises.
7. No use or possession of alcoholic beverages, non-prescription drugs, chemical toxins and any article defined by North Carolina Law as a weapon on or about the premises.
8. And most importantly……HAVE FUN!!!
